A decision was made to separate the two roles to clarify the distinction between GTAA and GDBA and to reduce volunteers' workloads in each group. So now there are three separate alumni groups with separate functions to support our chapter at WSU: GTAA, GDBA, and the Advisor Team.

That’s the idea behind Mentor Match, a new initiative designed to connect experienced Beta alumni with undergraduate brothers who are beginning to navigate careers, leadership, and life after college.

Momentum is the quiet force that moves a chapter forward. It’s not created by a single event or by one generous donor. It builds over time through connection, engagement, and a shared commitment to the brotherhood that began long ago when you walked onto the lawn at Linden Street to become a Beta.
