Currently, the Gamma Theta Chapter has 17 Active Alumni Members who provide mutual assistance in career paths to Active Chapter brothers. The mentoring program enables active brothers to navigate towards success in their chosen fields by engaging in meaningful conversations with alumni who have achieved success.
The WSU Gamma Theta Alumni base is growing rich with experienced, successful brothers in all fields. The more we connect, the more we know. The program aims to connect undergraduate brothers with opportunities in their field of choice and guide them in making the right decision.

Every other week, come Monday at 5:00 PM, 17 Gamma Theta Alumni tune into the Beta Zoom Channel and discuss all things House, Student, and Beta-related. The one-hour conversation is facilitated by Robert Monore, President of the Beta Advisory Group. rmonro870@att.net. During this time, we get house updates from the live-in advisor, discuss risk, social, and brotherhood in detail. It’s safer than the golf course, and the banter is priceless. Visit the Beta Zoom Channel when you are ready! Reach out to Robert and Go Beta’s.
Currently, we are looking to develop a strong base of connectors who have some of the following experience with: Finance/Accounting, Real Estate, Pre-Med & Pre-Dental, Sales & Marketing, IT & Engineering, Logistics & Distribution, Pre-Law, Education, and Entrepreneurship. Education, Architecture, and Arts & Entertainment.
If you logged 10,000 hours in something special, then you are a master who can teach; we would enjoy getting to know more about your 509 grit.
Rhylan Lillie, the current Professional Development Chairperson in the house, said that this program was an essential factor during rush. The incoming pledges were impressed at this level of alumni involvement. To date, we have 17 alumni who have committed to being mentors. Rhylan feels that increasing the number of involved alumni would enhance undergrad alumni relations. A few mentors have already had positive contact with current undergrads.
If you would like to participate in the Mentorship Program, please send the following information: your name, chapter number, your career choice, other interests or hobbies, your email address, and phone number to Mark Hussein (Class of 1970) at mjhussein@comcast.net
