For the seventh time, the Gamma Theta Chapter has earned Beta Theta Pi’s Sisson Award, proof that the WSU Betas continue to do more than simply hang letters on the house. This recognition celebrates chapters that deliver the complete Beta experience: strong academics, responsible operations, engaged advisors, leadership development, and a brotherhood built to last.

Winning the Sisson means hitting the marks that matter. The chapter maintained a GPA above WSU’s All-Men’s Average, remained strong in membership and new-member retention, worked alongside a full team of core advisors, and sent brothers to Beta leadership programs across the country.

It also means staying financially healthy, operating in good standing, and actively competing for recognition in service, alumni relations, communications, and chapter tradition.

One Sisson Award is an accomplishment. Seven awards are a culture milestone. It reflects years of effort from active members, chapter officers, advisors, alumni volunteers, and everyone working behind the scenes to keep Gamma Theta moving forward.

The house may be more than a century old, but the standard inside it remains fresh, focused, and unmistakably Beta.
